My Commission Process

1. Get in touch
Interested in commissioning a custom Norse-inspired tattoo? You’re in the right place. The first step is to simply get in touch with me and tell me about your idea.

2. We figure out a concept
After reading your message, I'll have a casual back and forth chat with you about the design. We'll throw some ideas around and once we're happy with that, we'll agree on a timeframe and then we're ready to go.
3. We'll handle the payment, and then I'll get started
For smaller projects I take payment in full, and for larger projects I'm happy to split the payments or work with you to make it easy. With that sorted, I'll gather the information from our chat, and then I'm ready to go.
4. Leave the rest to me!
From there, you can leave me to it. I'll work on the design and get in touch with updates and the finished design. I have no issue with revisions though I find it easier to handle those throughout the process as I send you updates.

FAQ's & Info

Can I request a rune translation or personalised rune design?

Absolutely. I offer bindrunes, custom runes and symbolic tattoo designs tailored to your intention - whether it’s protection, guidance, or other personal meanings. Just mention it when you reach out for a commission.

How do I contact you?

How long does a commission take?

It depends on the project’s complexity and my current workload. Most designs take between 4 - 8 weeks, but larger or highly detailed commissions can take longer. I’ll always give you an estimated completion time before we begin.

I tend to work through my commissions as a list. I give myself a 2 month turnaround just to give myself some breathing room with everything else I manage. If you need your commission sooner, for example your tattoo appointment is tomorrow (looking at you Daniel) I can absolutely do that for you.

Payment & Refund Policy

I don't offer refunds for digital downloads, personal tattoos, or commissions.

If something’s not right with your order(s), file(s), or any other product or service, I genuinely want to help. Just send me a message and we'll figure it out together.

I will refuse service if you're an asshole

Jokey title aside, there are a few circumstances in which I'll flat out refuse service or cancel a project. Truthfully, I don't have too many issues with awkward clients. One thing I absolutely will not accept however is the whole 'I don't know what i want, but I'll know it when I see it.'

Nope. I'm absolutely fine with you not having a solid idea of what you want or a plan in mind. If that's the case, all I ask is that you trust in my creativity, and let me do my thing. A few reference images or examples of other designs I've done go a long way in terms of showing me what you like.

My Customer Service and your Customer Ettiquite

This one is more of a precautionary disclaimer than anything, as over the 400 or so projects I've worked on, I've maybe had 2 awful clients.

I worked in Retail for 7 years, and if there's one thing I've learned about customer service, it's that I find myself at peace when it's reciprocal. When you first get in touch, you'll be welcomed with open arms as i genuinely love what I do, and I love working with my clients.

I'm absolutely fine with criticism or pressure if I'm taking too long or I've made a mistake, but I don't tolerate disrespect. If you do approach me with entitlement or disrespect, just know that 'kill em with kindness' isn't in my customer service repertoire.

If there's a problem, I'm here to work with you on solving it. By taking a commission with me – you're making my job a reality – and I'm your friend throughout the entire process <3

Usage Policy

The file(s) are strictly for personal tattoo use only. It is not for resale, reproduction, or commercial use in any form. If you’d like to use my artwork for a project, collaboration, or merchandise, please contact me directly to discuss a commercial license

Common Requests

Personal, Meaningful Bindrunes
My most common requests. Deeply personal and meaningful bindrunes/sigils that which both immortalise and honour your story.
Mythological Designs
These are a bit more unique – I love making mythological designs, and thus I'll offer you a very nice discount if I can keep and use the design when it's done.
Tattoo Designs
Larger and more detailed individual designs. typically these involve larger or multiple ornaments. Typically in the size range of an inner forearm/calf tattoo.
Large Projects
For tattoos this would be half/full sleeve and back designs. For design projects this would be something like a brand identity or commercial project.
