Refund policy
1. Digital Downloads, Personal Tattoos & Commissions
Refunds aren’t available for digital downloads, personal tattoo designs, commissions or gift cards.
If there’s an issue with your file - for example, blurry image, corrupted file, or download issue - please contact me and I’ll fix it as soon as possible.
Please note I’m currently figuring out revisions and pricing for tattoos and commissions, so the best way to get accurate info is to contact me directly via email at einarrsjourney@gmail.com or Instagram at @einarrs_journey.
2. Sizing & Fit
I don’t currently accept returns based on sizing, so please check the size guide before ordering. (For what it’s worth - I personally go one size up for hoodies and tees. I like a comfy, baggy fit.)
3. Damages & Issues
Please check your order upon arrival and contact me immediately if:
- The item is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
4. 30-Day Return Policy
I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused
- With tags and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, contact me via email at einarrsjourney@gmail.com or through direct message on Instagram at @einarrs_journey.
Once your return is received and inspected, I’ll notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
5. Pet Environment Notice
Please note that all products are packaged and shipped from a home environment where a husky dog Snow is present.
While I take great care to clean all surfaces, materials, and packaging before dispatch, trace amounts of pet hair or allergens may still occur.
Customers with severe allergies to dogs or animal dander are advised to consider this before placing an order.
