1. Estimated Dispatch and Shipping Times
I strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
Below are our estimated dispatch times for physical products:
- Domestic Orders (UK): Orders are typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.
- International Orders: Orders are typically dispatched within 3-7 business days.

Please note that during busy periods (e.g., holidays), dispatch times may be slightly longer.
2. Hand Made Products and Potential Delays
Most of the products are hand made, which may cause slight delays in processing times. I take great care in ensuring the highest quality, and as a result, some orders may take an additional 1-3 business days to dispatch. I appreciate your patience and understanding.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Once your order is dispatched, the following estimated delivery times apply:
- UK: 1-3 business days via Royal Mail or other trusted couriers.
- Europe: 5-10 business days (varies by destination country).
- Rest of the World: 7-14 business days (varies by destination country).
Please note that these times are estimates and can be affected by local postal services and any customs processing delays.
4. Customs and Import Fees for International Orders
For international orders, please be aware that you may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees based on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees. I recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
5. Free Shipping Offers
- Free UK Shipping: For orders over £75, we offer free standard shipping within the UK.
- Free International Shipping: For orders over £150, we offer free standard international shipping.
Please note that free shipping may be subject to certain exclusions, such as remote areas or oversized items.

6. Changes Due to New UK Legislation – General Product Safety Regulation
Please be aware that, beginning on 13th December 2024, the new General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) will come into effect in the UK, which could impact shipping to EU countries.
Under the new regulation, there may be stricter safety and product compliance requirements for goods sold from the UK to EU countries. This could lead to potential delays in shipping or additional checks at customs for goods being shipped to the European Union. I’ll do my best to ensure that all of my products meet the necessary standards, but I recommend that EU customers stay updated on their local import requirements after 13th December 2024.
7. Delivery Issues and Delays
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct when placing your order.
I cannot be held responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. While I always aim to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances - such as customs processing, weather, or courier delays - may sometimes impact your order’s arrival. I’m not responsible for delays caused by external carriers, customs, or force majeure events, but if you experience any issues with your delivery, please don’t hesitate to contact me. I’ll do everything I can to help.
8. Pet Environment Notice
Please note that all products are packaged and shipped from a home environment where a husky dog Snow is present.
While I take great care to clean all surfaces, materials, and packaging before dispatch, trace amounts of pet hair or allergens may still occur.
Customers with severe allergies to dogs or animal dander are advised to consider this before placing an order.
