1. Start Your Commission

Interested in commissioning a custom Norse-inspired tattoo? You’re in the right place. Please read through the steps below - remember, commissions are only open to those who’ve spoken with me directly.

2. The Process

Step 1: Reach Out
Send me a message on Instagram at @einarrs_journey or email to discuss your vision, inspiration, and style preferences. Mention any specific runes, symbols, or themes you’d like incorporated.

If you already have tattoos, please mention:

• Whether this design will connect to, fit around, or cover up an existing piece.
• A photo of the area (if it’s a tattoo) so I can plan proportions and placement accurately.
  

We’ll talk about your budget, design and timeline before confirming.

Step 2: Concept
Once we speak about your commission, I’ll begin the concept and send early drafts for your feedback. This process could take days, weeks or months.

Step 3: Refinement
We’ll refine everything together until it captures the essence of your idea. This process could take days, weeks or months. (Please note I’m currently figuring out revisions and pricing for tattoos and commissions, so the best way to get accurate info is to contact me directly via email at einarrsjourney@gmail.com or Instagram at @einarrs_journey.)

Step 4: Final File(s)
Once complete, I’ll send your high-resolution digital file(s), ready for tattooing or other personal use.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

Refunds aren’t available for digital downloads, personal tattoos, or commissions.

If something’s not right with your order(s), file(s), or any other product or service, I genuinely want to help. Please reach out and I’ll sort it as fast as I can.

How long does a commission take?

It depends on the project’s complexity and my current workload. Most designs take between 4 - 8 weeks, but larger or highly detailed commissions take longer. I’ll always give you an estimated completion time before we begin.

 

Can I request a rune translation or personalized rune design?

Absolutely. I offer bindrunes, custom runes and symbolic tattoo designs tailored to your intention - whether it’s protection, guidance, or other personal meanings. Just mention it when you reach out for a commission.
